William Sembo joins Lazard as Senior Advisor
TORONTO, May 29, 2019 – Lazard Ltd (NYSE: LAZ) announced today that William Sembo has been appointed as a Senior Advisor in Financial Advisory, with a focus on the energy and power industry. He will be based in Calgary, Alberta, Canada.

Previously, Mr. Sembo spent 27 years at RBC Capital Markets where he held positions as Vice Chairman and a senior leader in the firm's global energy group.
