Work to Wellness is a global initiative that educates, motivates, and empowers individuals to maintain a healthy lifestyle. We are committed to providing employees access to competitive benefit programs, from comprehensive medical coverage to fitness and nutrition reimbursements and fresh fruit deliveries in most global offices*. In 2020, Work to Wellness held more than 130 events across our global offices, including a Global Step Challenge.

Care

We support our colleagues with the belief that people’s personal and professional lives are equally important. We provide generous paid leave for primary caregivers, regardless of gender. Some of our more recent benefits include private coaching for fertility and parenting, adoption and surrogacy reimbursements, and egg freezing and storage. We also provide back-up family care, such as on-site or nearby childcare facilities and in-home child and elder care for temporary situations. Recently, we launched college and elder care coaching to help support our working families.

 

Thrive

We reimburse fitness and nutrition expenses, such as in-home fitness equipment and discounted memberships to health clubs, and provide access to on-site preventive screenings, flu shots, telemedicine, and frequent health education workshops.

We believe emotional health is essential. Our global Employee Assistance Program (EAP) provides free, confidential counseling services to help employees and their family members cope with everyday life issues. Additionally, employees have access to a life coach through their EAP. Most offices offer continued mental health support through local medical plans as well as telemedicine services. Work to Wellness regularly hosts educational seminars on a range of mental health topics – from manager trainings to stress and resiliency courses. In 2020, we launched a global campaign for World Mental Health Day, which included local support resources and live and on-demand webinars. We also provide access to meditation apps, including Unmind, which was launched for colleagues in Europe last year.

Prosper

In addition to core programs such as retirement benefits, life and accident insurances, disability insurance and tax advantaged savings vehicles, we offer various financial wellness tools and resources to help employees meet their savings goals and secure a healthy financial future. Work to Wellness periodically sponsors local events from budgeting basics to college savings and retirement accounts.

We recognize that balancing your personal and professional life is a highly individualized experience that encompasses career goals, family planning and life’s unexpected events. We maintain a high-performance culture, and we empower our employees to seek sponsorship through our mentorship programs, confer with managers, respect the demands of team collaboration, and make choices that optimize work and personal obligations.
