Will Slack
Director
Will Slack is a Director and Chief Operating Officer of the Private Capital Advisory group in New York. Will has more than 10 years of private capital fundraising and product management experience. Will re-joined Lazard in 2026.
Previously, Will was a Director at Warburg Pincus for five years. At Warburg Pincus, Will co-led the Global Private Equity Funds Product Specialist team in the Fundraising & Investor Relations group. Prior to Warburg Pincus, Will was an Associate in the Private Capital Advisory group, focusing on both primary fundraisings and secondary transactions. Will began his career as an Analyst at Goldman Sachs, working on strategy, development and fundraising for the Vintage Secondary Strategies platform.
Will graduated from Southern Methodist University with a B.B.A. in Finance with a specialization in Alternative Asset Management and a B.S. in Management Science.
