Shawn Saparamadu
Managing Director
Shawn Saparamadu is a Managing Director in the Industrials Group at Lazard. Shawn covers a broad universe of companies across the large-cap diversified industrials and capital goods sectors. Shawn has advised on a wide range of M&A, activism defense and capital markets transactions for corporate and private equity clients.
Shawn joined Lazard in 2022 from Evercore where he was a Managing Director within its Corporate Advisory business.
He previously served within the Diversified Industrials group at J.P. Morgan in New York and Hong Kong.
Shawn earned an MBA from Duke University and a B.A. in Finance from Michigan State University.
