Pierre Cédric Ekombol is a Managing Director at Lazard in Paris, where he has accumulated nearly 13 years of financial advisory experience since joining the firm in 2013.
Mr. Ekombol has worked on a broad range of public and private transactions, domestic and cross-border acquisitions, mergers, privatizations, carve-outs, fundraisings and restructurings. He has advised large international corporates, mid-sized groups, as well as private equity/infrastructure sponsors, families and founders.
Pierre Cédric currently covers the Telecom, Digital Infrastructure and Customer Experience sectors mainly in Europe, Middle East and Africa.
Prior to joining Lazard, Mr. Ekombol completed investment banking internships at Citi and Credit Agricole’s Corporate and Investment Bank in Paris.
Mr. Ekombol graduated from ESSEC Business School with Master of Science in Management (“Programme Grande Ecole”), Corporate Finance Track.
