Parry Sorensen
Managing Director
Parry Sorensen is a Managing Director in Lazard's Restructuring & Liability Management Group.
Parry first joined Lazard in 2008 and rejoined in 2013 after working as an investment professional in the Special Situations strategy group at Oaktree Capital Management. Prior to his career at Lazard, Parry worked at Morgan Stanley.
Over the last 15 years, Parry has participated in a wide variety of liability management, restructuring and financing transactions.
