Jeff Bjorkman joined Lazard in 2016 and is a Director in the Debt Advisory and Capital Solutions Group in Lazard's London Office. Jeff works on a variety of financing assignments raising public and private debt and structured equity for clients across the globe. Jeff also has considerable expertise providing event-driven balance sheet and structuring advise for M&A and spin-off transactions.
