Giulia Maria Governa is a Director at the Lazard Milan office, she has more than 15 years of investment banking and corporate finance experience, having joined Lazard in 2004.
She spent more than two years (from March 2008 to August 2010) in Lazard's London offices.
Giulia actively covers financial sponsors and consumer goods. Until 2013 she used to cover exclusively financial institutions and she is still active on selected FIG projects.
Giulia holds a summa cum laude degree in Business and Administration from the University of Turin.
