Gabor Szabo is a Managing Director in the Healthcare Group at Lazard, advising on transactions across pharmaceuticals and biotech. Gabor has more than 15 years of investment banking experience advising on transactions including public, private, and cross-border M&A, licensing/collaboration, restructuring, activist & takeover defense, and special committee assignments.

Prior to joining Lazard, Gabor was a Managing Director at Moelis & Company, where he focused on Life Sciences M&A origination and execution.

Previously, Gabor was on the New York-based Healthcare M&A team at Greenhill & Co. and the London-based investment banking team at Morgan
Stanley.

Gabor holds an M.B.A. from INSEAD and graduated cum laude with a B.S. in Finance from Iona College, where he was an All-American NCAA Division I water-polo player and three-event all-time record holder swimmer.
