Director
Edmond Lee is a Director in Lazard’s Healthcare Group, specializing in the global MedTech sector.
He advises clients on a comprehensive suite of advisory mandates, including buy-side and sell-side M&A, leveraged buyouts and recapitalizations, corporate divestitures, cross-border transactions, financings, and special committee advisory assignments.
Prior to joining Lazard, Edmond was a senior coverage officer at Citigroup and Jefferies, where he advised clients exclusively in the MedTech vertical.
Edmond holds a B.S. in Business Administration from the University of California, Berkeley – Haas School of Business.
