Davin Staats
Managing Director
Davin Staats is Managing Director and Co-Head (Europe) of the Consumer & Retail Group. Additionally, he leads the firm’s HPC (home and personal care) practice globally. Davin joined Lazard in 1999 and is active in New York and London offices of the firm.
He is a trustee of the French American Museum Exchange (FRAME) and the American Memorial Hospital (AMF).
Davin holds an MBA from the Stanford Graduate School of Business (‘06) and an AB from Stanford University (‘99).

Lazard's first London office opened in 1877 on Old Broad Street, near the Bank of England and London's historic stock exchange, placing the firm's U.K. home at the meeting point of British capital, international trade, and the flows of finance.
The U.K. remains one of the largest operations in Lazard's global network, working closely with the firm's teams across continental Europe and the U.S., and in 2025 the firm moved its U.K. headquarters to 20 Manchester Square.
