Dami Alade
Director
Dami Alade is a Director in the Private Capital Advisory group and is based in Los Angeles. She focuses on advising real assets General Partners, Fund Managers and Investment Professionals on structuring and raising capital to fund their investment activities. She is also responsible for institutional investor coverage across Western US and West Canada. Dami has over 14 years of experience in private equity real estate and real assets capital formation, fundraising, and investor coverage.
Prior to joining Lazard in 2022, she was responsible for business development and investor relations across StepStone Group’s Real Estate business. Prior to StepStone, Dami was on the business development and client relationship management team at the Carlyle Group where she held a key position in fundraising and client management for the firm’s multi-manager real estate business. Earlier in her career, she served as an associate director in the private funds group at UBS Investment Bank, where she advised financial sponsors across asset classes on fundraising strategy, competitive positioning and marketing, and managed fundraises across US, Europe and sub-Saharan Africa.
Dami holds a degree in business administration with a concentration in finance from Howard University.
