Chris Finnegan

Chris Finnegan is a Director in the Investment Bank at Lazard and a member of the Capital Solutions team where he focuses on raising capital for clients across private and public markets. Prior to joining Lazard in 2023, Chris was a member of the Private Equity Capital Markets team at Apollo Global Management where he focused on debt financing needs for private equity portfolio companies and strategic growth and business development initiatives for the Apollo Capital Solutions, which focuses on origination and syndication activity. Prior to Apollo, Chris began his career in the Leveraged Finance team at J.P. Morgan. He worked in various origination and capital markets roles in New York and London where he structured and executed high yield bonds and leveraged loans to fund LBO activity, corporate M&A, refinancings, and general corporate purposes.

He received his BA in History from New York University’s Gallatin School in Individualized Study.
