R. Brandon Aebersold
Managing Director
R. Brandon Aebersold joined Lazard in 2007 and is a Managing Director and Head of Restructuring & Liability Management, North America.
Brandon has spent his entire investment banking career at Lazard, having joined following business school. Brandon has experience in a wide range of corporate finance activities, including restructurings and reorganizations, mergers and acquisitions and other financings.
Brandon previously worked at the law firm of Simpson, Thacher & Bartlett LLP, where he focused on M&A and leverage finance transactions.
