Lazard Private Capital Advisory Group Wins Two Awards for KKR Secondaries Advisory Transaction

Lazard’s Private Capital Advisory (PCA) Group has been recognized for its work as secondaries advisor to KKR with accolades from two leading industry publications.
The transaction was named the winner of Secondaries Investor’s Secondaries Deal of the Year Award in the Americas, and was also the recipient of Buyouts Insider’s Secondaries Deal of the Year.
The awards recognize the PCA Group’s role in advising KKR on its $2.2 billion single-asset continuation fund process for Internet Brands. One of the largest deals of 2022, the transaction allowed KKR and its investors to maintain exposure to the high-performing portfolio company, which is valued at over $12 billion.
