Managing Director
Niul Wood is a Managing Director at Lazard. Based in London within the Industrials group, he has a focus on Advanced Materials, Chemicals and Ingredients.
Niul has more than 25 years of cross-border strategic M&A and financing advisory experience. Throughout his career he has advised corporates, private equity, founders and families on a wide range of strategic matters including M&A, divestitures, public markets transactions, minority investments, leveraged finance, debt and equity financings and restructuring.
Prior to re-joining Lazard, Niul served as Managing Director and Head of EMEA Industrials & Chemicals at Nomura. He was previously at Credit Suisse and at Lazard.
Niul holds an MSc in Financial Economics from the University of London and a BSc in Economics & Politics from the University of Bristol.
