Jesper Jensen

Jesper Jensen is a Managing Director at Lazard with responsibility for the Nordic region. He brings extensive experience in corporate finance and mergers & acquisitions, having advised corporates and financial sponsors across a wide range of sectors.

Prior to joining Lazard, Jesper served as Managing Director for Denmark in Global Advisory at Rothschild & Co. from 2015 to 2025.

Earlier in his career, he held positions in corporate finance at both Nordic and international institutions, including Alfred Berg and J.P. Morgan, as well as a position at McKinsey & Company.

Jesper holds a Master of Science in Finance and Accounting from Copenhagen Business School
