Guillaume de Freminet
Managing Director
Guillaume de Freminet is a Managing Director in the Paris office. He joined Lazard in 2010 and has more than 15 years of investment banking experience, having advised clients on a broad range of transactions (public and private M&A, domestic and cross-border transactions, LBO, financing, restructuring, ECM, shareholder advisory, etc.).
Guillaume is a member of the Lazard Healthcare group, focusing on Healthcare Services in Europe. In 2015-2016, Guillaume spent a year in the New York office in the Healthcare team.
Prior to joining Lazard, Guillaume worked at Credit Agricole in M&A.
Guillaume graduated from Sciences Po Paris (cum laude).
