Greg is a Managing Director on Lazard’s Global Power, Energy & Infrastructure team and has been a member of the Firm since 2013.

Since joining Lazard, Greg has advised a large number of global / domestic and publicly-traded / privately-owned / government clients across the Power, Energy and Infrastructure landscape, including regulated utilities, conventional power IPPs, renewable development platforms and infrastructure services providers, among others, and also has extensive experience advising financial sponsor clients.

Greg’s areas of activity include mergers & acquisitions of all types, shareholder activism and takeover defense, capital raising transactions and capital structure advice, restructuring / liability management, as well broad long-term ongoing client / advisor relationships.

Prior to joining Lazard, Greg was a manager at PSEG (2011 – 2013) where he focused on corporate and business development. Greg started his career in 2007 as a consultant at NERA Economic Consulting (2007–2009).

Education: Rutgers University (2006), B.S. in Mechanical Engineering, summa cum laude (valedictorian of class); Columbia University (2007), M.S. in Mechanical Engineering; Harvard Business School (2011), MBA.
