Adrian Duchini

Adrian Duchini is a Managing Director in Lazard’s Technology group.

Adrian joined Lazard in 2022 and works with software and technology-enabled services companies focusing on front and middle office applications including customer engagement and collaboration as well as marketing & advertising technology, legal software and IT services.

Prior to joining Lazard, Adrian spent almost 10 years at Macquarie Capital in both their New York and Sydney offices. He has executed a wide variety of strategic transactions including public and private mergers & acquisitions, corporate carve-outs & divestitures as well as capital raisings & strategic recapitalizations.

Before starting his career in finance, Adrian worked as a lawyer at Dentons Gadens in Sydney.

Adrian holds a double degree in Law (Hons) and International Studies from the University of Sydney and a master’s degree in Applied Finance from Macquarie University in Sydney.
