Asset Management Summer Internship Programme – Equity Research and Sales & Marketing Streams

 We are offering a unique opportunity to spend the summer as part of our Equity Research or Sales & Marketing teams.

Candidates should have a thirst for learning and challenge consensual thinking. You will have a logical and analytical though process and have an inquisitive mind. They need to possess strong interpersonal skills, including the ability and desire to work in a collaborative environment.

We are extremely proud of our track record in transitioning interns to successful long term members of our team and hope to offer this year’s candidates the opportunity to join us after their studies.

The programme takes place each year between July and August and is based in our London office in the heart of Mayfair.

Qualifications and Skills

Candidates must be in their penultimate year of undergraduate or postgraduate study, highly motivate, with a demonstrated interest in finance and the markets.

Our firm is made up of motivated, intellectually curious people. We look for students with a strong academic record, an interest in Finance and the markets, and a thirst for knowledge across many subjects.

Well-rounded candidates from a diverse range of backgrounds, who can demonstrate interests and endeavours outside of their studies are especially encouraged to apply.

What to Expect

You will be given actual work from the very first day you arrive. After induction, you will be individually mentored by one our experienced analysts or marketers for the duration of the programme.

The internship will provide you with a very broad and in depth understanding of the skills required to be successful at our firm from fundamental research, financial modelling, portfolio construction and valuation within the Equity Research stream to client servicing, sales support and relationship management within the Sales & Marketing stream.

You will be given opportunities to attend business and social events to help understand our company and the asset management industry, alongside building your personal network. The internship will culminate in the presentation of your project or stock pitch to senior management.

Asset Management Equity Research and Sales & Marketing BAME Summer Insight Programme


Our BAME Summer Insight Programme is open to undergraduates in their first year of study. The Programme is open to candidates identifying as Black, Asian and other minority ethnics.

Participants may be offered a place on the following year’s Summer Intern Programme, which serves as a pipeline towards full time employment.

What to Expect

After your induction you will partnered with a buddy for the duration of the programme. The insight programme will allow you to understand our company and the asset management industry and will consist of:

  • Training – on topics such as financial modelling, stock pitching, valuation methods and ESG
  • Networking – you will have the opportunity to meet and ask questions as well as being introduced to the wider business
  • Project – you will be assigned a project and be asked to present your findings at the end of the programme. The topic will given to you at the start of the week which you will work on between training and networking sessions

Opportunities for six-month internships are offered throughout the year – both in the Institutional Asset Management and Wealth Management businesses, and in support functions such as Middle Office, Marketing, Legal and Compliance.

Opportunities may be available in several locations, including Paris, Nantes, Bordeaux and Lyon.
