Zheyuan Fan is a Director of Lazard Beijing. Mr. Fan provides a broad range of advisory services, including mergers and acquisitions, capital raising, and debt restructuring. Clients include financial sponsors, MNCs in China and leading Chinese enterprises. Sector that Mr. Fan has worked in ranges from chemical, industrials, consumer to healthcare.
Prior to joining Lazard, Zheyuan Fan was a Senior VP in the cross-border M&A team at China Securities, where he gained extensive knowledge about A-share capital market and listing rules.
Zheyuan Fan holds an MSc in Finance from the London School of Economics and Political Science and a BSc in Economics and Applied Mathematics from Renmin University of China. Mr. Fan is also a CFA Charter holder.
