Riccardo Villa spearheads the Financial Sponsors effort in the UK and its European coordination, advising private equity, sovereign wealth, and pension funds.
He has nearly 20 years of experience in M&A, debt and equity capital markets advisory, and other strategic transactions involving financial investors and alternative pools of capital.
Riccardo joined the Firm in 2004, and also worked in Lazard’s Dubai and Milan offices.
