Representative transactions include advising: TA Associates on the sale / co-investment alongside Ardian in Odealim; Bain Capital on the acquisition of House of HR; Groupe Zouari on the acquisition of Maxi Bazar and Stokomani; Wren House Infrastructure on the acquisition of Almaviva Santé; Groupe Bertrand and Bridgepoint on the sale of Quick Restaurants; 3i Infrastructure on the acquisition of Ionisos; Naxicap Partners and Ardian on the acquisition of Emera; Bain Capital on the acquisition of Maesa.
Prior to joining Lazard, Raoul worked for BNP Paribas and Barclays in their Corporate Finance departments.
