Qiuyi Liu is a Director at Lazard and is based in Hong Kong. Ms. Liu advises Chinese enterprises, multinational corporations and financial sponsors on cross-border mergers and acquisitions.
Prior to joining Lazard, Ms. Liu worked in investment bank at Barclays and in corporate finance at BNP Paribas.
Ms. Liu holds an M.S. in management from ESSEC Business School.
