Kenneth Kantowitz
Director
Ken Kantowitz is a Director in the Private Financing Group at Lazard . He has extensive experience advising private equity-owned, family-owned and public companies on debt and equity financing transactions.
Ken joined Lazard in 2017. Prior to joining the firm, Ken was an Associate in the Leveraged Finance group at Société Générale where he helped underwrite and place fixed income securities for US-based middle market issuers including syndicated loans and high yield bond offerings.
He began his career in the Technology investment banking group at Raymond James and prior to this received a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance and Economics from the Leonard N. Stern School of Business at New York University, where he graduated magna cum laude.
