Jason Wooten
Managing Director
Jason Wooten is a Managing Director and senior member of Lazard's Consumer & Retail Group and is a member of Lazard's Fairness Opinion Committee.
Jason has experience in a wide range of complex corporate finance transactions including mergers and acquisitions, capital raising, and restructurings and reorganizations.
Over the past decade, Jason has advised on transactions involving many of the world's most notable consumer and retail companies, including acquisitions and divestitures of businesses and assets, raising debt and equity capital, and negotiating consensual reorganizations.
Prior to joining Lazard in 2005, Jason was an equity research analyst at Prudential Equity Group and holds degrees from Columbia Business School (MBA) and Columbia College (BA).
