Jamie Coré is a Director in the Technology Group in Lazard's San Francisco office and specializes in M&A transactions for public and private software companies.
His transaction experience includes domestic and cross-border mergers, acquisitions, divestitures, buyouts and related financings.
Jamie has 10+ years of Technology investment banking experience. Prior to joining Lazard in 2019, he worked in Deutsche Bank’s Technology Investment Banking Group in San Francisco, where he focused on M&A, equity and debt-related transactions for companies in the Software and Internet & New Media verticals.
