Jon Tenan is a Vice President and member of the Consumer, Food & Retail group at Lazard Middle Market. He has advised both public and private companies in the consumer retail industry on a variety of strategic alternatives including mergers, acquisitions, restructurings, and debt and equity financings.

Prior to joining Lazard Middle Market, Mr. Tenan was with Moelis & Company in the Consumer & Retail investment banking group. While at Moelis, he was involved in executing buy and sell-side mergers and acquisitions and debt and equity raises in the consumer products, retail and health and wellness sectors. Prior to that, Mr. Tenan was with Rexford Industrial.
Mr. Tenan holds a Master of Business Administration degree with an emphasis in Corporate Finance from Columbia Business School and a Bachelor of Arts degree in American History from Yale University.
