Lazard Welcomes Two Managing Directors in Restructuring & Capital Solutions

Lazard is bolstering its Restructuring & Capital Solutions team by adding Sanjeev Khemlani and Reid Snellenbarger as Co-Heads of Restructuring & Capital Solutions for North America, alongside Tyler Cowan and Brandon Aebersold.

Sanjeev has more than 20 years of experience working in global credit markets, where he has served as an advisor, arranger, credit officer and investor in diverse areas including special situations, restructuring, and senior and junior debt. Sanjeev is based in New York and joins Lazard from FTI Consulting, where he most recently served as Head of Senior Lender Advisory.

Reid provides a broad range of advisory services, including assisting companies, lenders, creditors, and investors in unique and stressed situations. Reid is based in Chicago and joins Lazard from Houlihan Lokey, where he served as a senior member of the firm’s Financial Restructuring Group.
