The Analyst Program offers an extremely unique and challenging opportunity to highly motivated graduates interested in an Investment Banking career. The Analyst Program is an intensive three-year training program, with a two-year minimum, after which participants move on to graduate school or pursue other career opportunities. In the case of demonstrated exceptional performance and potential, Analysts may be considered for promotion to Associate.

The Analyst serves as a key member of the deal team, working with a Managing Director and a mid-level investment banker. The Analyst will be given significant responsibility and will receive client exposure, deal experience, and an understanding of transaction structures.
