What is the frequency of the dividend distribution of the Lazard common stock and the amount of the cash dividend?

The amount of the cash dividend is announced every quarter and is distributed about one month after the announcement. Currently the cash dividend is US$0.125 per share on our outstanding Class A common stock.

Does Lazard offer a dividend reinvestment program (DRIP) or other direct means of purchasing its units?

Lazard does not offer a DRIP program, nor can investors purchase units through Lazard. You may purchase common units through a registered brokerage firm.

When does your fiscal year end?

Our fiscal year ends on December 31.

How do I obtain a new stock certificate?
