Account Services
The Account Services Group (ASG) is responsible for the facilitation of the client take-on process for LAM offices globally. ASG is responsible for the coordination of all aspects of the process with both internal LAM units and external parties such as clients, custodians, brokers and transition managers. ASG works closely with the global marketing departments, client service desk and/or investment professionals during and after the account take-on process.

Financial Accounting
The Financial Accounting Group attempts to present the operating performance, profitability, financial position and changes in cash flow of a corporation for both internal and external users. Lazard's analysts use the accounting validation process to examine a company's stated financial statistics (income statement, cash flow statement, balance sheet and all related footnotes) to consider how accounting decisions and policies may affect reported financial productivity.
