Signatura Lazard
In December 2004, Lazard and Signatura Advisory, a São Paulo-based investment bank, formed Signatura Lazard, a 50-50 joint venture to provide local and cross-border financial advisory services in Brazil. 

MBA Lazard (50-50 Joint Venture)
In January 2008, Lazard acquired a 50% interest in Merchant Bankers Asociados (“MBA”), an Argentina-based financial advisory services firm with offices across Central and South America and the parent company of MBA Banco de Inversiones. Click here to read the press release.

Lazard-Ixis
In March 2004, Lazard and IXIS, the capital markets subsidiary of the Paris-based bank, Caisse d'Epargne, entered into a cooperation arrangement to place and underwrite securities on the French equity primary capital markets under a common brand, "Lazard-Ixis." 

Raiffeisen-Lazard
In January 2007, Lazard and Raiffeisen announced a joint cooperation agreement for merger and acquisition (M&A) advisory in Russia and the Central and Eastern European (CEE) region.
